Thank you for stopping by Shapiro Graphics. Since I was a little kid I've had a passion for graphic design. I grew up in the arts and have an appreciation for the arts. My mom is a clay artist and my family has owned an American Craft Gallery for the past 13 years. I fell in love with Photoshops marching ant tool at age 7 and haven't stopped since. In high school I was the graphic producer for Fox13 Magazine, a weekly show that aired on Fox 13 every Saturday morning at 10:30. As the graphic producer I was in charge of concept and production of all graphics. I created show opens, over the shoulders, name bars, title screens and the graphics for the news packages. Fox13 Magazine won numerous awards for production and graphic design, most notably a Student EMMY. After high school I attend the University of Central Florida (UCF) were I obtained my degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus in marketing (in four years woo-hoo). While at UCF I worked for the UCF Athletic Association Video Department . I was responsible for creating weekly highlight videos and assisted with creating graphics that would be used during Football and Basketball games on our jumbotron. I also helped with creating graphics that were used on George O'Leary's weekly coaches show on Sun Sports Network. After I graduated UCF, I joined my families business as the marketing director for SHAPIRO'S Gallery. This is where my education has really begun. I am responsible for creating our monthly newsletter, updating our social media, creating postcards and any advertisements. I have witnessed first hand what it is like to start your own business. I understand how difficult it is to advertise and promote your business while not breaking the bank. I've started Shapiro Graphics to assist small businesses in getting their name out. My mission is to create professional looking ads and logos for reasonable prices. I would love to set up a meeting with you and help you market your business. Please email me at matt@shapirographics.com or call me (727) 710 – 9144. Thanks, Matt Shapiro |
